Club Card

What is a Movie Club Card?

Basically, it is a debit card that can only be used at any Mitchell Theatres location. The card can be used for buying tickets or concessions.

How does it work?

You start out with the amount you pay for the card. For example: You buy a card for $20; so now you have $20 worth of credit on your card.

Can I recharge it?

The answer is yes. You can recharge the card simply by bringing your card to the box office and paying for the amount you wish to put on the card.

Can I use it in Guymon?
You can use your gift certificates at any Mitchell Theatre Location.

Where can I get mine?

At the box office where you purchase your tickets.

Are there any incentives for using the card?

Yes. Every 10 movie tickets you buy with the Movie Club Card you get a free large popcorn coupon!

Can I use it online?

Unfortunately no. Our online service is provided through another company that does not accept our unique cards.

What if my card is damaged?
As long as you have your damaged card and the serial number is in tact you can trade your card out for a new one and have your credit transferred.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately if the card is lost then the money on the card is lost too. Mitchell Theatres is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards. We do suggest you write your name and number on the card but be sure you do not write on or cover the magnetic strip.

Can I check my balance online?

Unfortunately no. Your balance can only be checked at the box office. You can call the box office and ask what your balance is as long as you have the card number.

Can I buy one as a gift?
Of course! They make great gifts. They also give parents the option of giving a card to their child to keep. The are also a great way to reward employees and they save time for everyone in the concession line!
